Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Would you help with or conduct my pet's funeral?
A: Yes. Pets are a very special part of our lives, they are our companions on this journey and services of remembrance are important for them too.
Q: Would you do a tree naming ceremony?
A: Yes. Often people choose to plant a tree in memory of a person they have loved or cared about and wish to have a simple, meaningful service conducted.
Q: I'm not a religious person but do consider myself spiritual. Can my particular ceremony omit any "religious" references and traditions?
A: Absolutely. I honour the life journey you are on. Some people consider themselves to be spiritual through a practice, like meditation, they engage in, but have no affiliation to any tradition, nor do they want to. We will make your ceremony meaningful for you and those in attendance.
Q: Would you help with or design a special ceremony for the on-set of my daughter's menstrual cycle?
A: Yes. This is a coming of age ceremony and it is an important moment in your daughter's life.
Q: My partner and I would like to baptize our baby in our own backyard, is this possible?
A: Absolutely. I will baptize your child in your backyard. I put myself into your community of choice. If you wish a certificate of baptism, please book my services through Ontario Baptisms:

Q: My husband is celebrating his 65th birthday and does not want a big party where everyone gives him "old man" joke presents. Can a more appropriate celebration be designed?
A: Yes. I did a significant birthday celebration ritual for my own husband who felt similarly. We can make it a very special and memorable event for him, without the jokes - yet have lots of laughs.
Q: My wife-to-be and I are blending our families. I will become a "step" father and she a "step" mother. Can our wedding ceremony recognize these changes in a postive way and include our children?
A: Absolutely. "Steps" often have a bad name and image associated with them, but we can change that image - most definitely!
